Five-Year-Old Violinist Gets The Spotlight During André Rieu Concert

Little kids nowadays can really surprise you with their amazing talents and incredible skills.Akim Camera is a young violin prodigy who has already played with some of the most famous and talented violinists in the world.In 2004, Akim was only 3 years old when he performed Ferdinand Kuchler’s Violin Concertino in G, Opus 11 with a famous violinist named André Rieu in the Netherlands.

André Rieu is a Dutch violinist and conductor who created the waltz-playing Johann Strauss Orchestra.The Johann Strauss Orchestra is a pops orchestra that is famous for performing classical works with a distinctly unorthodox twist, joking with the audience, and performing different antics.André invited Akim to be his guest once more in his concert at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall.During the concert, Akim played Felix Mendelssohn’s “Dance of the Fairies” with André and his Johann Strauss Orchestra.

As expected, the crowd was wearing big smiles at the end of Akim’s performance. They seemed to be mesmerized by the young prodigy’s amazing talent.Even André expressed his amazement with Akim’s talent.
