What Happed When A Hospital Has 9 Labor Nurse Who Were Pregnant Together And Give Birt The Same Time

Friends who ʟᴀʙᴏʀ together, stay together — in more ways than one! Nine ʟᴀʙᴏʀ and ᴅᴇʟɪᴠᴇʀʏ ɴᴜʀsᴇs from Portland, Maine were all ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ at the same time, and now all of their babies have been born.

The Maine Medical Center, where all nine ɴᴜʀsᴇs work, wrote on Facebook back in March, along with a photo of the various baby ʙᴜᴍᴘs.The hospital shared the news of having 9 ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ ɴᴜʀsᴇs at the same time via their Facebook page.

“We check in with each other daily, even if it’s at 3 a.m.,” one of the new moms, Lonnie Soucie said .

Photographer Carly Murray captured some sweet shots of the group earlier . In the photo, the mothers-to-be wear matching scrub pants and gray T-shirts and hold up colored SApaper signs with their due dates. The experience of being ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ together brought the coworkers’ relationships with one another even closer.

Another shows all the moms holding their respective tots, all with huge smiles on their faces.“It’s really nice coming to work and seeing other people who are just as ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ and watching their bellies pop and just talking about these experiences that we are going through together,” said Amanda Spear, one of the ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ ɴᴜʀsᴇs.

The ᴍᴇᴅɪᴄᴀʟ ᴄᴇɴᴛᴇʀ says that they are preparing about how would they manage when all of them will take ᴍᴀᴛᴇʀɴɪᴛʏ leave together. Well! reportedly they have 80 ɴᴜʀsᴇs in the ʟᴀʙᴏʀ and ᴅᴇʟɪᴠᴇʀʏ department. Means, they are already having a big staff so it won’t be a big ɪssᴜᴇ to manage the work when the ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ ɴᴜʀsᴇs will take ᴍᴀᴛᴇʀɴɪᴛʏ leave together.

These ladies all work together and delivered their babies between April and July 2019.

“It was so much fun photographing this group of 9 ʟᴀʙᴏʀ and ᴅᴇʟɪᴠᴇʀʏ ɴᴜʀsᴇs from Maine!” Murray said in an Instagram caption, along with some photos. One photo features all nine babies positioned in a circle, wearing white onesies.

Expressing gratitude for the ɴᴜʀsᴇs’ dedication to their work. “I hope someday these babies know just how special the work their mama’s do is.”“It was a pleasure to photograph this group and see the special connection they have. The babies ranged in age from 3 weeks to 3.5 months!”Muray added.

In another Facebook post shared on Thursday, Maine Medical Center posted some of Murray’s photos, along with some well-wishes for the moms: “Congratulations! We are so happy for you!!”

Soucie told CNN that the crew plans to have “many ᴘʟᴀʏᴅᴀᴛᴇs” for their kids, and have already planned the next get together.
